What is ProShift? 

A big challenge in the automotive industry is the automatic identification of products on a production line. How to assure that the operator is using the right serial number when executing the critical assembly steps. It is important to use the correct build information to realize the assembly.

To deal with all of these challenges, ProSuite has the ProShift service. ProShift uses connected sensors and encoders to realize a straight out of the box tracking system that solves all of the challenges above. It also allows the implementation of industry 4.0 systems like a configurable line-stop at every station for when critical steps are not realized in time.
