By checking your production and taking measures immediately, we can assure a perfect final result. This saves money and eliminates the change of rejected products after complete assembly.

Pick-By-Light and Put-By-Light can be a very good aid in checking your more complex assembly and prevents picking errors. The eventual picking list needs to match the recipe. This list is forwarded for any further processing under a form of data. Every action is separately checked and the data is supplemented. In case of a NOK, the operator must act and solve the problem. Because of this, the final result is always of the requested quality and the product can receive a quality label and / or document.

Fastening is also one of the important actions in the assembly process. Do this with the check of the number of turns as well as the strength of fastening and you will have a guarantee that the assembly completed without any errors.
